This privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) describes how DolceVista Sàrl collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal data when you visit www.dolcevista.ch, complete a contact or quote request form, or communicate with our teams regarding a project.
This Policy is established in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, SR 235.1) and its implementing ordinance (DPO). When our services are directed to individuals located in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) may also apply.

DolceVista Sàrl designs and produces custom visual solutions for corporate communications: scenography, stickers, advertising production, interactive kiosks, digital signage, lettering, laser cutting, 3D elements, window displays, and acrylic trophies.
Data Protection Advisor: the appointment of an advisor within the meaning of Art. 10 nFADP is optional. DolceVista Sàrl has not appointed one to date. Any questions regarding data protection may be addressed to info@dolcevista.ch.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Data You Provide to Us
We collect data that you voluntarily provide to us via our forms (contact, quote), by email, by phone, or during direct communication:
- title, first name, and last name;
- email address and phone number;
- company name and position, where applicable;
- location, city, or region;
- desired service and project description;
- any other information provided in your message or any attachments.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
During your browsing, our servers and audience measurement tools may record:
- IP address (anonymized when technically possible);
- browser type and version, device type, operating system;
- pages viewed, date and time of visit, duration of visit;
- referring site (the page from which you arrived);
- data from cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).
2.3 Sensitive Data
DolceVista Sàrl does not knowingly collect sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 5 let. c nFADP (data on health, intimate sphere, religious, philosophical, political, or trade union opinions, genetic or biometric data allowing unique identification of a person, data relating to prosecutions or sanctions). We kindly ask you not to provide such data via our forms.
3. Processing Purposes
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- responding to your contact requests and qualifying your project;
- preparing, transmitting, and following up on a quote;
- organizing a meeting (appointment, video conference, technical visit);
- ensuring administrative, contractual, and accounting management of the relationship;
- improving the operation of the site, measuring its audience, and securing our services;
- complying with our legal obligations (particularly tax and accounting).
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the purpose concerned, our processing is based on one of the following bases:
- your consent (particularly for non-essential cookies);
- the performance of pre-contractual measures when you request a quote or information regarding a service;
- the performance of a contract in progress or the steps arising from it;
- our legitimate interest in responding to your requests, improving our services, and securing our site, after balancing with your rights and freedoms;
- compliance with a legal obligation (for example, accounting obligations within the meaning of Art. 957 et seq. CO).
5. Recipients and Processors
We do not sell your personal data. Your data is processed by authorized employees of DolceVista Sàrl and, when necessary, by service providers acting as processors within the meaning of Art. 9 nFADP, contractually bound to confidentiality and appropriate security measures.
The categories of recipients are as follows:
- Website hosting and infrastructure: hosting and DNS management provider;
- Form management and professional email tools (sending and receiving emails, request tracking);
- Office and collaboration solutions (document editing, calendar, storage);
- Audience measurement and site performance tools;
- Administrative, accounting, and tax management providers;
- Production and logistics subcontractors when an order requires it (for example, printers, carriers);
- Public authorities and courts when required by law or to defend our rights.

6. Data Transfers Abroad
Some of our service providers may be established outside Switzerland, particularly in the European Economic Area or the United States (for example, for hosting, email, or audience measurement solutions).
In accordance with Art. 16 and 17 nFADP, we only transfer personal data to a third country if one of the following conditions is met:
- the destination country is on the list of countries with adequate legislation maintained by the Federal Council (Annex 1 DPO);
- appropriate safeguards are in place, particularly standard contractual clauses recognized by the FDPIC (including European Standard Contractual Clauses supplemented by a Swiss addendum);
- for transfers to the United States, the recipient is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;
- failing that, one of the derogations provided for in Art. 17 nFADP applies (particularly explicit consent, performance of a contract in your interest).

7. Retention Periods
Your data is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. As an indication:
- Contact or quote requests without follow-up: up to 24 months after the last communication;
- Accepted quotes and contractual data: throughout the duration of the relationship, then 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year (Art. 958f CO);
- Billing data and accounting documents: 10 years (Art. 958f CO and Art. 962 CO);
- Technical logs and security logs: generally 6 to 12 months;
- Cookies and session identifiers: variable duration depending on the cookie (see section 9);
- Newsletters and opt-in communications: until consent is withdrawn.
Beyond these periods, data is deleted or anonymized, subject to a longer legal retention obligation or the need to defend a right in court.
8. Data Security
DolceVista Sàrl implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure, in accordance with Art. 8 nFADP and Art. 1 to 6 DPO. These measures include in particular:
- encryption of communications via the HTTPS protocol;
- access control and enhanced authentication for internal tools;
- regular backups and continuity plans;
- awareness and confidentiality commitment of employees;
- contractual framework for processors.
Since no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, we recommend that you avoid transmitting particularly sensitive information via the site’s forms.
In accordance with Art. 24 nFADP, in the event of a data security breach resulting in a high risk to your rights, DolceVista Sàrl will inform the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as well as the individuals concerned as soon as possible.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage). A cookie is a small file placed on your device that allows your browser to be recognized and certain information to be stored.
9.1 Cookie Categories
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the operation of the site (security, session management, consent preferences). Their placement is based on our legitimate interest;
- Audience measurement cookies: help us understand how the site is used in order to improve it. They are placed only after your consent;
- Personalization and marketing cookies: when used, they allow certain content to be adapted or the effectiveness of campaigns to be measured. They are placed only after your explicit consent.
9.2 Managing Your Preferences
During your first visit, a cookie management module allows you to accept, refuse, or customize non-essential categories. You can modify your preferences at any time by clicking on the dedicated link at the bottom of the page or by deleting cookies from your browser settings.

10. Profiling and Automated Decisions
DolceVista Sàrl does not carry out any automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 21 nFADP nor any high-risk profiling within the meaning of Art. 5 let. g nFADP. The audience measurement tools used do not produce legal effects concerning you.
11. Your Rights
In accordance with Art. 25 to 29 nFADP (and, where applicable, Art. 15 to 22 GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data (Art. 25 nFADP);
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 32 para. 1 nFADP);
- Right to erasure of your data, subject to our legal obligations;
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to object to processing;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- Right to data portability (Art. 28 nFADP), when the conditions are met;
- Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.
You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to info@dolcevista.ch. We will respond to you within 30 days (Art. 25 para. 7 nFADP), except in exceptional cases with proper justification. The exercise of your rights is generally free of charge, except for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

12. Minors
Our site and services are primarily intended for businesses, organizations, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data concerning minors without the prior consent of the holder of parental authority. If you believe that a minor has provided us with data without this authorization, you may contact us so that we can take the necessary measures.
13. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our site may contain links to external sites or third-party platforms (social networks, partners, service providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. We invite you to consult their own policies before providing them with data.
14. Commercial Communications
When you contact us regarding a project, we may respond to you by email or phone to follow up on your request. We do not send you commercial communications without a valid legal basis or without your consent when required. You may at any time request to no longer receive communications from us by replying to an email or by writing to info@dolcevista.ch.
15. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the site, our services, processors, or legal requirements. The applicable version is the one published on this page, dated at the top of the document. In the event of a substantial modification, we will inform you by any appropriate means.
