This privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) describes how DolceVista S\u00e0rl<\/b> collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal data when you visit www.dolcevista.ch, complete a contact or quote request form, or communicate with our teams regarding a project.<\/p>

This Policy is established in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, SR 235.1)<\/b> and its implementing ordinance (DPO<\/b>). When our services are directed to individuals located in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016\/679)<\/b> may also apply. <\/p>

DolceVista S\u00e0rl designs and produces custom visual solutions for corporate communications: scenography, stickers, advertising production, interactive kiosks, digital signage, lettering, laser cutting, 3D elements, window displays, and acrylic trophies.<\/p>

Data Protection Advisor: the appointment of an advisor within the meaning of Art. 10 nFADP is optional. DolceVista S\u00e0rl has not appointed one to date. Any questions regarding data protection may be addressed to info@dolcevista.ch<\/i>. <\/p>

We collect data that you voluntarily provide to us via our forms (contact, quote), by email, by phone, or during direct communication:<\/p>

  • title, first name, and last name;<\/li>
  • email address and phone number;<\/li>
  • company name and position, where applicable;<\/li>
  • location, city, or region;<\/li>
  • desired service and project description;<\/li>
  • any other information provided in your message or any attachments.<\/li><\/ul>

    During your browsing, our servers and audience measurement tools may record:<\/p>

    • IP address (anonymized when technically possible);<\/li>
    • browser type and version, device type, operating system;<\/li>
    • pages viewed, date and time of visit, duration of visit;<\/li>
    • referring site (the page from which you arrived);<\/li>
    • data from cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).<\/li><\/ul>

      DolceVista S\u00e0rl does not knowingly collect sensitive data<\/b> within the meaning of Art. 5 let. c nFADP (data on health, intimate sphere, religious, philosophical, political, or trade union opinions, genetic or biometric data allowing unique identification of a person, data relating to prosecutions or sanctions). We kindly ask you not to provide such data via our forms. <\/p>

      3. Processing Purposes<\/b><\/h2>

      Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>

      • responding to your contact requests and qualifying your project;<\/li>
      • preparing, transmitting, and following up on a quote;<\/li>
      • organizing a meeting (appointment, video conference, technical visit);<\/li>
      • ensuring administrative, contractual, and accounting management of the relationship;<\/li>
      • improving the operation of the site, measuring its audience, and securing our services;<\/li>
      • complying with our legal obligations (particularly tax and accounting).<\/li><\/ul>

          • Website hosting and infrastructure<\/b>: hosting and DNS management provider;<\/li>
          • Form management and professional email tools<\/b> (sending and receiving emails, request tracking);<\/li>
          • Office and collaboration solutions<\/b> (document editing, calendar, storage);<\/li>
          • Audience measurement and site performance tools<\/b>;<\/li>
          • Administrative, accounting, and tax management providers<\/b>;<\/li>
          • Production and logistics subcontractors<\/b> when an order requires it (for example, printers, carriers);<\/li>
          • Public authorities and courts<\/b> when required by law or to defend our rights.<\/li><\/ul>

            6. Data Transfers Abroad<\/b><\/h2>

            Some of our service providers may be established outside Switzerland, particularly in the European Economic Area or the United States (for example, for hosting, email, or audience measurement solutions).<\/p>

            In accordance with Art. 16 and 17 nFADP, we only transfer personal data to a third country if one of the following conditions is met:<\/p>

            • the destination country is on the list of countries with adequate legislation<\/b> maintained by the Federal Council (Annex 1 DPO);<\/li>
            • appropriate safeguards<\/b> are in place, particularly standard contractual clauses recognized by the FDPIC (including European Standard Contractual Clauses supplemented by a Swiss addendum);<\/li>
            • for transfers to the United States, the recipient is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework<\/b>;<\/li>
            • failing that, one of the derogations provided for in Art. 17 nFADP<\/b> applies (particularly explicit consent, performance of a contract in your interest).<\/li><\/ul>

              7. Retention Periods<\/b><\/h2>

              Your data is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. As an indication: <\/p>

              • Contact or quote requests without follow-up<\/b>: up to 24 months after the last communication;<\/li>
              • Accepted quotes and contractual data<\/b>: throughout the duration of the relationship, then 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year (Art. 958f CO);<\/li>
              • Billing data and accounting documents<\/b>: 10 years (Art. 958f CO and Art. 962 CO);<\/li>
              • Technical logs and security logs<\/b>: generally 6 to 12 months;<\/li>
              • Cookies and session identifiers<\/b>: variable duration depending on the cookie (see section 9);<\/li>
              • Newsletters and opt-in communications<\/b>: until consent is withdrawn.<\/li><\/ul>

                Beyond these periods, data is deleted or anonymized<\/b>, subject to a longer legal retention obligation or the need to defend a right in court.<\/p>

                8. Data Security<\/b><\/h2>

                DolceVista S\u00e0rl implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure, in accordance with Art. 8 nFADP and Art. 1 to 6 DPO. These measures include in particular: <\/p>

                • encryption of communications via the HTTPS protocol;<\/li>
                • access control and enhanced authentication for internal tools;<\/li>
                • regular backups and continuity plans;<\/li>
                • awareness and confidentiality commitment of employees;<\/li>
                • contractual framework for processors.<\/li><\/ul>

                  Since no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, we recommend that you avoid transmitting particularly sensitive information via the site’s forms.<\/p>

                  In accordance with Art. 24 nFADP<\/b>, in the event of a data security breach resulting in a high risk to your rights, DolceVista S\u00e0rl will inform the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as well as the individuals concerned as soon as possible.<\/p>

                  9. Cookies and Similar Technologies<\/b><\/h2>

                  Our site uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage). A cookie is a small file placed on your device that allows your browser to be recognized and certain information to be stored. <\/p>

                    In accordance with Art. 25 to 29 nFADP (and, where applicable, Art. 15 to 22 GDPR), you have the following rights:<\/p>

                    • Right to rectification<\/b> of inaccurate data (Art. 32 para. 1 nFADP);<\/li>
                    • Right to erasure<\/b> of your data, subject to our legal obligations;<\/li>
                    • Right to restriction of processing<\/b>;<\/li>
                    • Right to object<\/b> to processing;<\/li>
                    • Right to withdraw your consent<\/b> at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;<\/li>
                    • Right to data portability<\/b> (Art. 28 nFADP), when the conditions are met;<\/li>
                    • Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul>
